This Privacy Policy explains how MonetizeDesign LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use NabuTracker.

1. Information we collect

We collect account data, authentication records, API token metadata, project records, milestones, activity notes, metric snapshots, integration configuration, connected-service identifiers, cookies, and operational logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, and response status.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide project tracking, authenticate users, secure accounts and APIs, sync or display integration data, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We may share the minimum needed information with processors such as hosting, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, file upload, payment, and connected integration providers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account data and project content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, legal, and support purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

5. Security

NabuTracker uses commercially reasonable safeguards including TLS, hashed passwords, scoped API tokens, session protections, owner-scoped records, and restricted production credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
